Brochure Displays

Help organize the resource brochures that the center provides for students to look at and get information.

Future Passive Displays

Create fun and engaging passive displays (such as Jeopardy) to use while the center tables on Ring Road. Passive displays provide visibility and awareness for the LGBT community and education for the general student body.

Tabling

Represent the LGBT community by tabling for the center. We table every Teusday 11-2 PM. Tabling allows us to answer any questions the student body may have about the LGBT Resource Center and provide visibility.

Reception

Sit at the front desk, answer phone calls, and provide walk-in services (such as greeting, answering basic questions, and giving tours of the space).

Organizing Statistics

Filing the statistics that have been collected from walk-ins and tabling into a document for easier reference.

Scan Archives

Scan the center's archived files and documents to create a digital collection of the material.
